 Romans 8:14 * 14/For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

The spiritual nature of Jesus [the Son] is exactly like God [the Father].  Jesus stated in John 10:30 KJV * I and my Father are one.  We read in Colossians 1:15 NLT * Christ is the visible image of the invisible God.
      He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation.

Jesus is called "the Everlasting Father" in the book of Isaiah 9:6 KJV.  He gave His life for us and to us, to show us the way to God our Heavenly Father. 

 ROMANS 8:29 NLT * 29/For God [the Heavenly Father] knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son [Jesus], so that his Son [Jesus] would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

   ^{ROMANS 8:15-18 NLT} 15/So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves.  Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. [sons KJV] Now we call him, “Abba, Father.  16/For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. 17/ And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.   18/Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.

Proverbs 22:6 NLT * Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.

Matthew 12:50 KJV * For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

 Let's look at a few scriptures in the book of 

Acts Chapter 17:28 thru 30 KJV

28/For in him [JESUS] we [the body of Christ/Christians/followers of JESUS] live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we [the body of Christ/Christians/followers of JESUS] are also his [Jesus'/God's] offspring.

 [Go back to Weekly Bible Study #65 and review "About Jesus in Isaiah 53:10-12 NIV".  Ask Father God to open your understanding to how, through the life, death and resurrection of JESUS CHRIST, billions of sons and daughters have been birthed and are still being birthed, into the family of God.  Ephesians 3:14-21 KJV * 14/For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15/Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16/That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17/That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18/May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19/And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.  20/Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 21/Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.] 

29/For as much then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

30/And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

 REVELATION 3:19 NKJV *  19/As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.

  REVELATION 3:20-22 NKJV * 20/Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.  21/To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.  22/“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’”
