IN THE USA, THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATION IS COMPARABLE TO A King and is considered by many to be the most influential man in the world .

The USA federal holiday, "Presidents Day" observance on February 20th, 2012, was originally known as Washington's Birthday. It falls on the third Monday of February annually.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 NKJV

9/ Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Glorify God in Body and Spirit

1 Corinthians 6:15-18 NKJV

15/ Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! 16/ Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” 17/ But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. 18/ Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-8 NIV * 3/ It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; 4/ that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, 5/ not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God; 6/ and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before. 7/For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. 8/ Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 7:1-9 NKJV * Principles of Marriage * 1/ Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2/ Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. 3/ Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. 4/ The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. 5/ Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 6/ But I say this as a concession, not as a commandment. 7/ For I wish that all men were even as I myself [SELF-RESTRAINED]. But each one has his own gift from God, one in this manner and another in that. 8/ But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I am [SELF-RESTRAINED]; 9/ but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

2 Timothy 2:21-22 NLT

21/ If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. 22/ Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts.

PRESENT YOUR BODY

A Living Sacrifice to God

Romans 12:1-21 NLT * 1/ And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. 2/ Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

3/ Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us. 4/ Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, 5/ so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other. 6/ In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. 7/ If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. 8/ If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly. 9/ Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. 10/ Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. 11/Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. 12/ Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. 13/ When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality. 14/ Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them. 15/ Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep. 16/ Live in harmony with each other. Don’t be too proud to enjoy the company of ordinary people. And don’t think you know it all! 17/ Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable. 18/ Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone. 19/ Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say,

   “I will take revenge;
      I will pay them back,”
      says the LORD.

20/ Instead, “If your enemies are hungry, feed them. If they are thirsty, give them something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals of shame on their heads.” 21/ Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good.

1 John 1:8-10 NKJV

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9/ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10/ If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him [God] a liar, and His word is not in us.

Everyone who desires to confess your sins against God, yourself and others, plus seek His forgiveness and fresh cleansing, please say the following prayer with me:

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of JESUS. I thank You for the privilege and the honor to come to Your throne of grace to ask You to forgive me and cleanse me from the sins and unrighteous acts I have committed against Your WORD of instruction in the Bible. I'm sorry for the wrong things I've done to You, myself and others. From this day forward I give my body to You. I say Yes to Your will and Yes to Your way. I seek You for deliverance in my mind and body from all unclean thoughts and desires. Mind of Christ prevail in me I pray. Oh LORD, help me to maintain this deliverance in JESUS name. Amen
